Read this from a book and thought that it was important. Not sure which book but here it is;

Four Agreements

  1. Be Impeccable with your words – because you use the word to create your story. To be impeccable is to use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.

  2. Don’t take anything personally – because you live in your own story and other people live in their own story.

  3.  Don’t make Assumptions – most assumptions are not the truth they are fiction, and when the storyteller makes up stories  – especially about other story-tellers this creates drama.

  4. Always do your best – this keeps the voice of knowledge from judging you, by taking action, you keep the voice form talking to you.

Here are some notes from a lecture.

  • If you want to achieve a GOAL you’ve set most crucial part Is to DECIDE to manifest it.

  • most of the resources will come online after you’ve made the decision, not before.

  • take the time to become clear about what you want, but then just declare it.

  • Be careful not to sabotage you goal, intention, manifestation by thinking negative thought of doubt, weakness.

  • When you are congruent in your thoughts, your goal will manifest with ease. But when you are in congruent in your thoughts, you will manifest conflict and obstacles as within and without.

  • You don’t need anyone’s permission to manifest the goals you want to achieve.
